Yoga For Beautiful Skin

It is the best way to de- stress yourself and relax your mind and body, Yoga is food for your soul.

Coming back to your skin, simple yogic exercises will bring the youthfulness and charm on your face. These exercises should be followed everyday for 15 minutes, ensure that you do it religiously since the effects will start showing only after 3 weeks. Don’t lose heart if you don’t see any changes immediately since Yoga will first detox your body and then show results so “Patience” is the key to Yoga. Also once you have achieved the desired results do not discontinue yoga because like I said it is food for your skin, body, mind and soul.

There are 3 basic exercises which should be done for 5 minutes each on empty stomach.

Bastika – Take deep breathe from your nose and blow the air out from the nose itself. This is very simple and should be one first before you start the othet exercises, its like warming up.

Kapalbhatti – In this exercise you blow out air from your nostrils and are detoxifying yourself. The speed at which you blow the air out shouldn’t be too fast or too slow. The ideal speed is One blow per second.

Anulom Vilom – Here you breathe in air from one nostril and breathe out from the other one. While you breathe in from one nostril you need to close the other other one with your thumb and while breathing out release your thumb for the air to flow out.
