However, the method of application and rinsing can be cumbersome. In fact, the procedure of soaking and preparing the henna pack is also time consuming. But it is worth the effort. Firstly you would need a pack of dry henna powder, ensure that it is green in colour. Next, you have to soak it overnight in an iron container.
Add a lot of goodies while soaking henna for maximum effect and nourishment. For instance, you can add the juice of lemon, beetroot pulp, the pulp of amla (Indian Gooseberry), curd and egg.
