Day Massage Oil –
Add 3 drops each of Lavender, bergamot and sandal to 1 table spoon of light carrier oil like, sweet almond, calendula, carrot seed, wheatgerm or sunflower. Remove excess oil after massaging. This nourishing oil is excellent for skin and moisturizes dry skin.
Night Massage Oil –
Add 2 drops of Geranium, Rosemary, Lavender and Patchouli to 1 table spoon of carrier oil like,sweet almond, calendula, carrot seed, wheatgerm or sunflower and massage it well into the skin. Dab off excess oil.
Incase you have an oily or sensitive skin then these essential oils can be added to a water based gel instead of the carrier oil. Aromatherapy also has solution for pimples, boils and zits. Just dab neat tea tree oil on the pimple and it will dissappear within a day. Check for sensitivity before you apply directly on the pimple. If tea tree doesnt suit your skin then you may try lavender. Do not mix these oils with any other oil, apply directly on the pimple.
