Vitamins are of two types, fat soluble and non-soluble, the former gets flushed out of the body hence a regular intake of the same is required, the latter stays in the body for longer but that does not mean that your body wont need it at all.

Vitamins are not formed or produced in the body as a result you need to supply it through natural sources like fruits and vegetables and wear it in the form of skin care products. Vitamin supplements are also common these days but natural sources are always better than supplements. Vitamins are an organic compound present in the food and are essential for normal nutrition and a healthy skin.
