Thorough Cleaning of the Skin
You may take great pain in washing and cleansing your face regularly. No matter how many times you wash your face or clean it, by the time you are halfway away from home, it looks like you have layered your face with oil.
One of the primary contributors of oil to the skin are the presence of blackheads. They are present most predominantly on few areas of the face and make them more sticky. If ignored, blackheads can lead to the formation of pimples and acne on the skin.
The areas that are most affected by blackheads on the face include the forehead, the nose, and cheekbones. Blackheads are also found in the area between the lower lip and the chin.
Exfoliate the skin regularly using a scrub and wash it well. Use a slightly coarse towel and lightly rub it on the face. This helps remove the larger blackheads. Take a steam for the face and use a blackhead removing stick to clear the area of blackheads. The use of a blackhead removal strip is also effective in containing its growth. Once you are done, make sure you use some cold water or rose water to soothe the skin and close the pores. Try using a face pack if you have the time, to soothe the face.
While selecting products for the skin, only buy those that suit your skin type. Products that contribute to the oiliness in the face can accelerate the growth of blackheads.
Keep your face clean always to make sure it looks and feels better. Healthy skin is good looking skin.
