Truth – Though alcohols like whisky, beer, brandy, rum and so on are bad for your hair there are some alcohols that are good for the hair. Truth – No matter how expensive your shampoo is, it cannot repair or nourish the hair. Hair is dead and can’t be repaired. A hair product only provides temporary benefits to the hair, it makes your tresses look and feel good. But no hair product can nourish from inside, especially shampoo. It is only the internal nutrients that play an important role in adding natural shine and strength to hair.

3) Myth – Baby shampoo is mild and good for adults
