The Journey of Hair
Hair care is not a matter of concern until you are in school. Most of the schools have strict rules about tying a pony tail or plaits. Some schools also have a rule for oiling hair. Moreover, they do not allow any fringes. None of the hair strands should fall on the face. These strict rules may be difficult to follow, but they are very good for the health of your hair. During school days, you feel like breaking through these rules and summer vacations allows you to break all rules and get wild.
Have you ever wondered what happened to your thick and healthy hair? It stayed good until your mother cared for it. But the moment you stepped out of school, hell broke loose. You got the freedom to style your hair on your own. And this is where all the hair problems began.
The most common hair problem during teenage years is hair fall. It is mainly caused due to chemical treatments, use of heated instruments and hair styling products. This sudden freedom makes you go bonkers and you end up torturing your tresses.
So how do we avoid this phase. Well, this phase is unavoidable and almost 80% of teenaged girls will go through this. Once realization hits, we naturally start taking care of our hair. People usually go back to the routine of oiling hair. But now, just oiling may not suffice, you need something more to overcome the damage.
Your hair needs some TLC. Pamper it with deep conditioning treatment. You can also try some home remedy like application of henna. Apply curd at least once in a week, it has multiple benefits. It prevents dandruff, hair fall and is an excellent conditioner for your hair. The journey of our hair takes a U-turn and moves towards care only when there is severe hair damage.
