Skin care has always been sought after by every woman, spotless glowing skin is a dream for her. Well, now your dream can come true. Pamper your skin with these simple home remedies, skin care tips and let nature reveal your beautiful skin. The best way to nourish your skin is to nourish your body, supply it with nutrition in the form of Vitamins and Minerals.

Since om are not produced in the body we have to supply the same externally. There are various fruits and vegetables that provide Vitamins but you can’t get your hands on all the vitamins since it would mean consuming all types of fruits and leafy vegetables, sprouts, wholegrain etc etc. The list is long since any one type of food does not contain all Vitamins, but there is good news for non vegetarians.

They can just consume 1 egg and get their supply of Vitamin A, D, E, B1, B2, B6 and B12. Apart from vitamins, egg also contains minerals like iron, zinc, selenium,iodine and calcium. Egg is a wholesome meal and promotes the health of hair, skin and nails.

Egg is known to reduce ageing, it improves eyesight by preventing cataract. Due to high Vitamin D and Sulphur, it strengthens bones and nails. It also contains phosphorous which helps in development of healthy teeth. It lightens and tightens the skin and it also refines pores. If you don’t wish to eat egg, then you can apply it on your face in the form of mask. Mix egg white to 1 teaspoon each of yoghurt, honey and 4 teaspoons of oatmeal. Mix and apply on your face, leave it for 30 minutes then wash.

The vegetarian community can benefit from various foods like melons, berries, whole grains like oats, bajra. Also soy bean and Omega 3 fatty acids are beneficial for healthy skin. A natural skin scrub which can be prepared at home is as follows; Take 1 teaspoon of dry orange and lemon peels, 1 teaspoon of oatmeal and 1 teaspoon ground almond. Add 1 teaspoon rose water to it, apply on skin and rub gently in circular movements.
