Skin Care In Natural Way

Skin care these days has become very essential with the growing pollution and the stressful lifestyle, our jobs demand that we look good and presentable. There is a plethora of skin care products in the market, the cosmetic industry is flooded with international brands entering the Indian markets.

They are cashing in on the growing awareness about skin care amongst the urban indian who is willing to spend the moolah, not to mention the disposal income which is available in the metros. Though some of the products are worth the results but are they really worth the money you spend on them. You can take care of your skin – The natural way, nature has endowed us with so many things yet we like to spend money to achieve good skin. The health of your skin is in your own hands, your skin will show what you eat.

To start with, cut down on sugar. Sugar is the worst enemy of your skin, it causes premature ageing and promotes loss of elasticity which leads to wrinkling and sagging of your skin. Include loads of fibre in your diet, eat fruits, cauliflower and whole grains. Replace your regular bread with brown bread and the regular rice with brown rice, this will also keep a check on your weight. Eat healthy hair diet like nuts, dried fruits and dates.

Exercise, nothing works better for your skin than proper circulation of blood, if the blood circulation is sluggish it will not only affect your skin but will also affect your overall immunity levels and keep you fit. If going to gym seems a nightmare then do stretching exercises at home, you can also do cycling or opt for skipping. Take care of your skin and it will reward you with beauty and health.
