Seasonal Acne

Acne is caused due to the over production of sebum in our skin. When the oil glands are over activated they lead to excess oil secretion and when this oil clogs the pores on the surface of your skin it becomes a breathing ground for bacteria. When the sebum comes in contact with bacteria, the area is infested and causes eruptions. It is advisable not to touch or prick the pimples since the condition can get worse. Acne is also caused due to hormonal imbalance and this type of acne needs medication and consultation with a doctor.

Oral pills are prescribed to arrest the imbalance in the individual, this imbalance usually occurs during puberty. Another reason for an acne outburst is change in the climatic conditions, weather also plays a vital role in the condition of our skin, you might have noticed how the skin becomes dry during winter and how oily skin becomes more greasy during summer. Though one cannot avoid change in weather conditions but you can incorporate some home remedies to cure seasonal skin problems.
