Remedies For Hair Loss
Hair loss and a thinning hair line is one of the common problem in today’s world which is so full of stress and anxiety. The stress levels at work are soaring high giving way to several health hazards. Stress is known to cause hairfall and dry powdery dandruff apart from the mental sickness. Our lifestyle and expectations are to be blamed for this, we want to look presentable and in the quest to look good we put our hair through hell. Drowning hair in chemicals, blowing them with heated instruments, spraying them with hair products and what not.
To add to this self induced torture there is pollution out there on the streets. You cannot confine yourself indoors, exposure to sun and pollution cannot be avoided, this is specially not possible for the middle income group people who use public transport. Not much can be done about changing our lifestyle but incorporating a healthy diet is within our reach.
1) Eat a lot of green leafy vegetables, they are the best source of Vitamin A which is essential for healthy hair. Also consume whole fruits instead of juices, which generally have preservatives and added sugar. Fresh fruits are beneficial not only for the hair but also for the skin.
2) Reduce the intake of excess tea or coffee, two cups is enough during the day. Also replace your aerated drinks with water or fresh juice even better option would be buttermilk. You can also guzzle some lemon water (nimbu paani) it is healthier than the aerated drinks.
3) For increasing hair growth, have the juice of lettuce and spinach and see the wondrous results. Amla juice is also known to be beneficial for hair, it can also be applied to the scalp. Drink neat amla juice in the morning on empty stomach.
