Place pads of the middle finger at outer corners of each eye. Raise eyebrows for a stronger lift. With lower lids still raised , close your eyes and squeeze tightly upwards, or almost close the lids. Hold for a count of ten, now slowly release, open eyes and relax. Repeat it once more, but make sure your eyes always look straight ahead, this exercise is very effective for lifting the lower eyelid which is the most delicate area of the face.
