Use this eye pencil just to fill the eyes not over the eyelid, filling eyes is quicker than wearing liner over the eyelid. Apply one stroke of mascara and comb it through for even distribution. Next is to apply lipstick, line your lips after lipstick application. This will make liner application faster. Instead of wasting time on blusher, dab some shimmer powder on the entire face, use a light pink shade and you are ready to rock.
