Long Hair

Long, heavy layers create movement and texture in long hair, giving it maximum versatility. A fringe, side swept or block keeps the cut fresh, but avoid going too long, mermaid tresses are not a good look. Long hair need a lot of maintenance to retain its healthy shine. It is essential to trim the ends that are vulnerable to damage. We share few hairstyles that can be worn with long hair. You can create a Bob look with long hair, for doing this simply section out the front, keeping it smooth and loose. use a brush to backcomb the rest of the hair from underneath to add volume and texture.

Mist some hairspray on the brush and smooth over the hair. Secure the ends in a pony tail, then loop under and pin underneath to create the bob. Smooth the front section over to one side and secure with a pin, leaving the ends loose. Another way of sccccccccis to create waves. Set hair on medium to large heated rollers – hair just around the hairline should be rolled forward to create a sexy fringe.

Once cool, remove the rollers and brush through with a paddle brush, brushing first backwards then forward. Brush through the curls completely and concentrate on smoothing through the ends to encourage a really smooth wave. If the ends are a little fluffy then apply some serum to tame them. You can also try a twisted pony tail, take large sections of hair and wrap mid lengths twice around straightening irons.

Next, divide hair into two main sections – above the ears and below. Pull the lower section round to one side into a low slung ponytail, securing with a band. Back comb the crown before smoothing with a brush and pulling around the pony tail base, pinning underneath, leaving ends loose. Smooth the front with a brush, wrapping any ends around the base before securing with a grip.
