Is Hair Care Scaring You
Is hair hair care sounding like a scare? Well, if you are tired of taking care of your hair or are scared about changing your care regime then it is time to re-think. Hair care plays a very vital role in improving the quality of your hair and maintaining its health. Moreover, the common mistake we commit is that we follow the same hair care routine round the year. We fail to understand that hair care needs change according to the seasons. If you have been committing the same mistake, then it is time to bring in the change.
Here, we tell you how to care for different types of hair in different seasons.
Summer Hair Care - During summer it is important to keep the hair and scalp clean. Sweat and dust make a deadly combination and can act as a breathing ground for fungus. Summers are known for bacterial or fungal infections of the scalp. So, keeping the hair clean is of utmost importance. Apart from that you also need to restore moisture in your hair. This can be done by using a light conditioner. We usually commit the mistake of skipping the conditioner during summer. But this is not a good idea, you should use a lighter or milder conditioner. Heavy conditioners are a strict no no. Moreover, hydrate your hair with some home remedies. Apply curd on your scalp and hair, it is an excellent conditioner and makes your hair soft and smooth. It will also check hair fall and dandruff.
Winter Hair Care – Winter is a time when hair loss is more than normal. So do not worry, if you have excessive hair fall during this season, it is natural to shed hair during these nippy months. What you need to do is, get yourself a deep conditioning treatment. If salon treatment seems a tad expensive then indulge in some home remedies. This is the time when your hair needs heavy conditioning, so treat it with some milk. Yes, you got it right, milk is very good for hair. Remember those Cleopatra baths, they included milk and roses. Another good home remedy is to use honey as a final rinse. Mix 2 tablespoon honey in half a jug of water and use it after shampooing your hair.
