How to Have a Facial at Home with Natural Products

Exfoliate the face after washing it. A very effective home made exfoliating scrub can be made by combining olive oil and brown sugar. This home made exfoliating scrub is applied on the face and massaged well. The dead cells of the skin would be removed in a great way with the help of this home made exfoliating scrub. After exfoliating for around two to three minutes, rinse the face with lukewarm water.

Steaming is then taken on the face by placing the head over the bowl of a mix of warm water and an essential oil. Make sure to cover the head with the help of a towel. Take the steam for around five to ten minutes. Thereafter pat dry the face with the help of a towel.

A home made face pack for dry skin is prepared by combining one fourth cup of blueberries, two tablespoons of rolled oats, and two tablespoons of honey. Make sure that all the ingredients are mashed and mixed well. The face pack is then applied on the face. Let the mask stay on the face for around fifteen minutes. Thereafter the face is cleaned with warm water to get soft and smooth skin.

A mixture of one tablespoon of soy yogurt, two tablespoons of chickpea flour, one teaspoon of honey and few drops of lemon juice is prepared. This is a very good face mask for oily skin. The prepared mask is applied on the skin and allowed to stay for around twenty minutes. After that, the face is cleaned with the help of a dampened face cloth to attain soft, smooth and luxurious look of the skin, thus enhancing the beauty of an individual.
