How to Fight Oily Skin
The skin condition of an individual is impacted due to various factors, such as diet, hormones, genetics, and weather. First of all, an individual should make sure to clean the face twice in a day with oil free cleansers. Make sure that the cleanser you choose does not contain additives or perfumes. Ensure not to scrub the skin too hard while cleansing.
Oil fee cosmetics and moisturizers should be used on oily skin.
Face mask made of clay should be used twice in a week to deal with the excess oil on the skin.
Skin care products enriched with alpha-hydroxy acid should be chosen to get rid of the dead skin cells and attain a soft and smooth texture of the skin.
Application of mashed papaya on the skin is a very good way to deal with oily skin. Let the papaya stay on the face for around five to ten minutes. Thereafter, rinse the face with tepid water to get a healthy skin.
Facial steaming would help a great deal in cleaning up the clogged pores and would help in getting rid of the excess oil on the skin. Make sure to add lavender oil, chamomile and rosemary to water to get better results.
Make sure to keep the skin well hydrated by drinking plenty of water in a day. This would help in controlling the excess production of oil on the skin, and would improve the texture of the skin.
Intake of oily and fatty foods should be reduced. Rather, an individual should include fresh fruits and fresh vegetables in the diet for controlling the excess production of oil and attaining healthy and soft skin.
Make sure to protect the skin from the harmful ultra violet rays of the sun by wearing sunscreen. Excessive exposure of the skin to the sun may result in the formation of acne on the skin, thus stimulating oil production.
