How To Combat Bad Hairdays

Bad hair days affect everyone at some point of time, we all would have been victims of bad hair days. But when you are informed about what causes bad hair days, you can prevent one or at least reduce its impact. Some of the bad hair days require little tender loving care and the condition is not complicated. But there are some bad hair days that won’t go easily. This is an indication of some serious hair problem, the root cause may be different from what is showing up on the surface.

For instance, if your hair always remains dry, whereas it was not like that earlier then it needs some attention. While other bad hair days, come and go, the ones that stay are dangerous and should not be taken lightly.

Act immediately on the condition, evaluate yourself and look for any recent changes in your lifestyle, eating habits, water, weather and so on. Check if you have recently treated your hair chemically.

Chances are, your hair colouring may not have immediate after effects but the damage will show up later. However, there are some quick fixes that can help to combat temporary bad hair days.

1) Get a nice hair cut – Get a simple yet sassy hair cut, something that is low on maintenance and can be styled easily. Your hair will behave normally after a new hair cut.

2) Rinse your hair of hair products - Product build up can play havoc with your hair, so wash your hair thoroughly to get rid of hair product residue. It can make your hair greasy, dull and lifeless. Too much of products may also weigh down your hair.

3) Use a pH balanced shampoo - You don’t know how much of difference this can make to your hair. A mild pH balanced shampoo is a gift for your tresses, it cleanses the scalp and hair while saves the natural hair oils. It doesn’t strip the hair of its moisture.
