Hair is a woman’s identity, it is a window to her soul. It is important for a woman to feel good about her hair, only then will she be able to face the world with confidence. 1) Massage your scalp with hot oil since nothing works better than a massage, it stimulates the scalp and aids in blood circulation. Massage the scalp in circular motions with finger tips.

2) Consume foods that are high in protein, like egg, soy beans, spinach and walnuts.Also eat food that contains Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids since they have anti inflammatory properties and promote healthy hair.Proteins and calcium are extremely important for tissue development.

Deficiency of iron can cause a major impact on the health of your hair since iron regulates the level of hemoglobin in your blood, a deficiency of the same will reduce the haemoglobin and subsequently the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood. Oxygen deficiency weakens the hair follicles, leading to dryness of the scalp and hair loss.

3) Last but not the least, the most difficult method of getting healthy hair is to avoid all types of chemical treatments like; perming, rebonding, straightening, curling, ironing, crimping. They are extremely dangerous and can break the natural bonds of your hair and cause permanent irreparable damage to your hair. Of all these treatments perming is the worst and second in line is rebonding since both the processes change the natural structure of the hair.
