How to Avoid Common Hair Cut Mistakes

A good haircut can make a style statement, it is an absolute confidence booster. It can up your morale three folds and make you look like a diva. Though getting the perfect haircut has always been a challenge specially for those woman who are at home (housewives), this is because they are not pro at keeping themselves abreast of the latest in fashion and lack the initiative and efforts required for getting the perfect look.

The problem is more grave with Indian housewives because they are so confined to their homes that they hardly know the outside world, not to mention those local beauty parlours who are another bunch of stupid ladies turned modern. They themselves have no sense of fashion or the art of haircutting. We intend to bust the common hair cut mistakes which can be avoided.

1) Never visit a local so called “Beauty parlour”, they are not well trained for giving exclusive haircuts, they just know to use the instruments like scissors, blow dryer, flat iron etc but have no sense of fashion, nor do they consider makeup and hairstyle as an art. And they too charge a bomb for their down market services, instead go to a professional salon.

2) Stay away from flicks and fringes if you have wavy or curly hair, lest you maintain your locks with iron or curlers, curls are good frizz is not. Frizzy flicks with equally frizzy long hair is a disaster.

3) If you get your hair cut in a U or V shape then leave it open, don’t tie it up. And if you cannot resist tying your hair then don’t even bother to get it cut or atleast don’t tell your hairdresser that you want to cut your hair. Use the right terminology and tell them that you want to trim your hair, this will help you save some moolah.
