Herbs for Hairloss
Hair loss or hair fall is a universal problem, it grips everyone at some point of time. Blame it on the over cosmetization, the dependency on synthetic cosmetics has increased so much that people have forgotten the herbal way of treating themselves.
Fancy products fascinate all age groups alike and people often fall prey to advertisements and marketing gimmicks. However, little awareness is spreading these days and there is a small section of people who prefer the herbal way of treating themselves. Women have started realising the value of natural herbal products. Over use of cosmetic is like an abuse for hair. Go green and see the results for yourself.
You hair will shine with bounce and beauty. Restore the lost qualities of your hair by using herbal products. Some of them are so easy that you can do-it-yourself at home. For instance, if you want to dye your hair then use henna, indigo or walnut bark. Similarly, if you want to deep condition your hair then apply curd.
We suggest such home remedies that will help you curb hair loss.
Henna - This is an ancient herb and has several beneficial properties. Henna is an excellent conditioner, provided it is used properly. It has a cleansing effect and will cure dandruff too. It also helps in preventing hair fall and promotes hair growth. The golden rule to henna application is the use of curd for soaking it. Henna should be soaked with curd to ensure that it does not dry out the hair. Moreover, it is important to cover the head after henna application, this will further prevent drying.
Walnut Bark - This herb too gives a beautiful brown colour to the hair. This herb too can be mixed with henna to add a different colour tone to your hair. Henna usually gives an orangish red tinge to the hair but when you add walnut bark to it, the colour becomes brownish. You can also add amla powder (Indian Gooseberry) to henna to strengthen the hair roots.
