The best way to apply this is in the form of juice, just rub some amla juice on the scalp and leave it for half an hour. Shampoo as usual and you will notice an instant relief from hair loss. Reetha, known as Soap Nut is another herb which is the best replacement for shampoo.
It is by far the only natural shampoo available and has properties to contain hair loss. The benefits of Reetha are a plenty, it is also used as a body scrub, it is pH balanced hence ideal of hair care.
