How is the texture of my hair?

What are my best features?

How is my facial structure?

How much time can I spend in styling my hair?

Does the desired hairstyle need a lot of styling?

Once you know the answers to these questions, it will be easier for you and your hair dresser to decide a hairstyle. So you freeze on a hairstyle with your hair dresser, now the trouble begins within just 2 weeks when the hairstyle starts growing out a bit.

Well, you can adopt some quick fixes for this problem. There are various hair accessories that can come to your rescue. For instance headbands, crystal studded bobby pins, hair forks, clamps, tic-tac clips and so on. There are plenty of options to choose from, it looks elegant and holds the style in place. Hair accessories also add versatility to your locks.

Another way of creating a new look is by changing your parting. A change in the parting will not only change the look but will also create loads of volume. If you have fringe, then check with the salon if they offer a free trim for fringes. These days some salons offer a free trim for cuts that can grow out as early as 2 weeks.

Don’t hesitate to ask for freebies, after all you are paying a huge sum for the services. When you get your hair cut, be sure that your stylist doesn’t cut off big chunks of hair. Hair should be divided in sections while cutting. Also the finishing is very important, the length should be even and the chunks or layers should blend well.
