In fact, most of the vitamins have multi-utilitarian properties, so they can be used for several conditions and not just for hair care. The most common source of vitamin C is oranges, lemons, kiwis etc.
Vitamin E - This too like Vitamin A and C has anti-oxidant properties. It too enhances blood circulation.
