Hair Loss Due To Diet Control

Diet control has taken the world with a storm. Almost every next person wants to loose weight and get into good shape, but a toned and slim body does not necessarily mean a healthy you. You may loose weight and even notice inch loss after your diet but what about the quality of your hair and skin. There is a link between your diet and hair loss. An improper diet can ruin your looks and make you appear older. The skin looks dull and lifeless, hair looses its strength and becomes weak. Often hair fall is experienced after a strict diet control. So how do you combat this problem?

Well, we are not asking you to give up on dieting but do not starve yourself. There are several ways to loose weight and it is essential to choose one that will not ruin your health. One such diet plan is a detoxification diet. This method of weight reduction believes in removing all the toxic waste from your body. It is like cleansing the entire system. It encourages your body to use the accumulated fat and convert this fat into energy.

This means that the fresh food you eat should not be heavy and should be digested quickly and easily. Followers of this kind of diet plan usually do not suffer hair loss. However, care should be taken to eat food at regular intervals.

If you have been recommended to eat like a bird, do not starve yourself when hungry. If you cannot eat food then fill your stomach with fresh fruits and vegetables (in the form of salad). Fruits are very good for hair and skin, they have anti-oxidant properties.

So eat loads of watermelon, papaya, oranges, apples and musk melon. These fruits are not fattening and have more water content. Salads could include all types of raw vegetable but avoid salad dressings, just sprinkle some black pepper powder and lemon juice to make it spicy and tangy.
