Hair Loss Cure

Hair loss is as common as washing hair everyday. Almost 80% of the population suffers from hair loss and the problems seems to be spreading in people of lesser age. Earlier, hair loss was only common among the mature individuals but these days even teenagers suffer from hair fall. Thanks to the ever increasing pollutants in the environment. They have largely contributed to this problem. Hair menace can be handled if you adopt some natural remedies to cure hair loss.

Here, we share some of the simple ways of handling hair with care:

The first step to natural hair care is to keep the hair nourished, rather moisturised. Like our skin, hair too needs moisturisation. Especially during this hot and humid summers when even the softest of hair can become dry and brittle.

Frizzy hair is the main cause of other hair problems like breakage, split ends and hair fall. It is best to avoid frizz in the first place and for doing this you have to keep your hair moisturiser. Oiling, conditioning and trimming is the only way by which you can prevent frizz.

Next important thing is to protect hair from sun damage. This again is another culprit for bad hair days. Sun can sap away the moisture from hair and long exposure to the harmful UV rays can make your hair dry and brittle. As much as possible, avoid sun exposure between 10 am to 3 pm. This is the peak hour and the sun’s rays are the strongest during this time.

Wear a hat or scarf to cover your hair and use a hair sunscreen to prevent further damage. These days hair sunscreen are also available over the counter. You can use an SPF of 8 to 10 for hair. Look for a sunscreen that wont weigh your hair down.
