Hair Colour
With the hair colour market being flooded with an array of colours it becomes difficult to choose the right colour shade. It is important to choose the correct under tone while selecting a hair colour, so that the colour suits your complexion. Colouring should not look tacky and cheap, so never ever indulge in bleaches or home kits for hair colour.
They show up shabbily, also avoid global colouring since it requires frequent touch ups as compared to streaking. Moreover if the final result is not convincing you will have no choice but to stay with the colour or redo the colouring. Not to mention the torture you will inflict on your hair if you colour it twice in a short period.
Find out which of this month’s shades is made for you.
1) Blonde – Finely woven shades of blonde with lightest ash-brown will suit people with blue, grey or green eyes and a pinkiish complexion. This is blonde, but not as we know it. These colours can be tailored to the individual – from blonde to copper.
2) Brunette – Naturally brunnette hair looks fabulous with deep gloss colour. It adds depth and shine to such hair. Go for a shade darker than the original brunnette colour of your hair for a subtle difference. Alternatively try a warmer shade (with red tone) for a gently sun-kissed hue.
3) Cherry red - This colour will only suit a peaches and cream complexion, green eyes than further enhance the look. This colour can be taken one step further with some deeper ruby lowlights for an added dimension.
4) Black – This shade suits a sultry dark skin, these colours use blue/green pigments to prevent any hint of red.
5) White blonde - Is is the next shade after golden blonde, looks dazzling white. This is fabulous on cool skin tones with blue or grey eyes. To retain the freshness of the colour use a shampoo meant for grey hair.
