No matter whatever length of hair you want but we all desire thick, lustrous, shiny and healthy hair. Now you can get Goldy locks with these easy to follow hair secrets.

1) Nourish your body - For beautiful healthy hair it is important to nourish your body because hair gets its supply of nutrients from the body, so whatever goes in comes out. Though vitamins are vital for our holistic health we often have a deficiency of the same because of our poor eating habits. Moreover, vitamins are not produced in the body they have to be consumed in various forms of food.

If eating a balanced diet seems difficult then pop in some vitamin supplements. Some of the supplements you can consider are B Complex, Biotin, Folic acid, Iron and Zinc, you could also add Amino acids for healthy hair.

2) Trim your hair - The ends of our hair is usually very dry because this part of the hair is oldest and the most damaged one. It is important to trim the ends every 2 months to avoid such dry, damaged ends. No matter how much care you take your ends will always be dry and frizzy if you dont trim it. When you trim your hair you will notice that the ends are thicker, softer and smoother.

3) Pillow case – The beauty of your hair lies in the case of your pillow. Since we spend 6 to 8 hours everyday on the pillow while sleeping, our hair needs to be taken care of. We tend to toss and turn our head while sleeping and this can cause tangles and knots in our hair which can lead to breakage. If you know that you tend to toss your head several times in the night then use a satin or silk pillow cover since your head will glide through easily.

Cotton pillow covers will hold the hair and twisting and turning can cause breakage. Satin and silk pillow cases are better in one more way, they do not absorb the natural oil and moisture from your hair, whereas cotton case will absorb oil and moisture from your hair leaving it dry and frizzy.
