Get Radiant Skin
Getting radiant skin is not very easy, but it is not difficult either. Though, we are born with soft and beautiful skin, it often looses its glow due to poor skin care regime and environmental pollution. Harsh sunrays, dirt, grime and pollution can play havoc with your skin and hair.
You either have to save your skin from being exposed to such irritants or work towards repairing the damage. Practically, it may not be possible to avoid exposure to sunlight, dirt and pollution since these factors are present everywhere. However, you can take certain steps to protect your skin and reduce the damage, in case the damage has already occurred, it can be repaired.
Following a good skin care routine would mean that you use the three step guide of cleansing, toning and moisturizing. This is a very essential part of good skin care. In this article, we shall focus about cleansing. Sometimes, it may be difficult to keep your skin clean and clear. However, we suggest some handy tips to ensure that your skin breathes freely and the pores are not clogged.
Firstly, it is necessary to wash your face with a mild pH balanced face wash at least 3 to 4 times in a day. Every time you step out of the house or office and are exposed to pollutants, you must wash your face to get rid of the dirt and grime. Keep the pores clean and see the difference in its appearance. However, if it is difficult to wash your face so frequently, you can also use face wipes. But look for one that is free of alcohol, since alcohol can sap the skin of its natural oils and disturb the acid/ alkaline balance. Face wipes can be very handy when you are out for long hours and cannot wash your face.
Another important thing is to remove your makeup since it can clog the pores and ruin your skin. Makeup should be removed with cleansing milk, your regular face wash or soap bar will not be sufficient to remove makeup traces. Moreover, there is way of using cleansing milk, do not apply it directly on the cotton wool. Massage it into the skin for two minutes and then use a cotton wool to remove makeup.
