Get Clear Skin

Woman often desire for a clear, blemish free skin. Though it is not difficult to achieve a clear complexion but you need to be a little disciplined when it comes to skin care. Like our body needs care to remain healthy so also our skin needs regular TLC to remain blemish free forever. The first important step in skin care regime is to keep your skin clean, wash your face twice a day with a medicated soap or a pH balanced face wash. Then wipe it with an astringent lotion, using cotton wool. Mix a little rose water with sandalwood paste and apply it on your face. Wash after 15 minutes with water.

Mix cinnamon powder with a little lemon juice, and add a few drops of honey. Apply this mixture on your pimples daily, and leave on for atleast one hour. Once daily, at any time, mix one teaspoon each of honey and lemon juice, and apply on your face face. Wash with water after 15 minutes.

Mix multani mitti with rose water and lemon juice, and apply on your face two to three times a week. Wash when it dries. Include fresh fruits, raw salads, sprouts and yogurt in your daily diet. Drink six to eight glasses of water daily. Add the juice of lemon to a glass of water, and drink it first thing in the morning. Also include some vitamin and mineral supplements.

Take cucumber and ripe papaya pulp, add lemon juice or curd to it, and apply daily. Wash after 20 minutes. Twice a week, apply a face mask. Mix three teaspoons oatmeal with one teaspoon each of honey, curd and lemon juice, or egg white. Apply on your face, avoiding your lips and area around the eyes. Wash after an hour. Take care of your skin and see the results for yourself.
