Neck - This is the most ignored part of our body, though we take good care of our face but don’t really bother about the neck. Neck is one of the most exposed part of the body and is equally affected by sun damage, but is always given an unequal treatment. The skin of the neck can get wrinkly before time and make you look older. To avoid this damage, apply all your skin care products even on the neck. Sunscreen is a must and should be applied on the neck as well as the upper part of your chest, if you wear a deep neck.
Feet - Feet are the most tortured part of our body. They have to bear the weight of your body and is constantly subject to torture in the form of high heels. It has to face everyday wear and tear in the form of dust and grime, stamping of feet in crowded areas, wet weather conditions, dry and chilly weather conditions and so on. Feet is often ignored by many people, the only thing they do is apply nail paint to decorate the nails.
Your feet too needs a day and night skin care regime. Apply a light abosrbent moisturiser during the day and an intensive moisturiser during the night. Also treat your feet with a pedicure once in a month. Sunscreen application is another important factor, we do not realise but our feet is also exposed to sun.
