Freedom From Acne
Imagine waiting for days before your birthday with all your clothes ready, evening plans in place and friends all invited. The day arrives, and you find yourself ridden with pimples. It’s everyone’s worst nightmare.
There are simple to check acne formation and keep the skin in check. Wash your skin well with mild cleansers at least twice a day, and more often if you are going out. Do not scrub the face too much or use strong cleansers as they make the skin excessively dry. Leaving a little moisture on the face is also essential.
Keep the hair clean. Often excessively oily skin, or hair that has dandruff can also be a cause for acne.
Aloe vera is an excellent cure for acne. And it’s totally natural. Apply fresh gel from the plant if you have access to it. Also, aloe can be consumed to clear out the system from within and detoxify the body.
Drink plenty of water. A minimum of 2 litres a day is a must. Add sufficient quantities of cereal to your diet. Consume dairy products. If you are watching your weight, try and use the low fat variety.
Vitamin C helps improve skin condition very well. Increase your intake through fruits. Also try adding quantities of lemon into your daily intake. Limit consumption of salt and sugar. Stay away from alcohol as far as possible.
Using home remedies can be very effective in stalling acne. However, you may find the condition persisting despite your care. Make sure you visit a dermatologist if you find that the acne persists.
Use simple methods to relieve yourself of the stress of having flawless skin. It all starts with being particular about your hygiene. Small tips that seem more like acts of common sense can really go a long way.
