1) Facial massage – This can be done at home with various ingredients from your kitchen. Make a rich paste with gram flour (besan), lime juice, curd and turmeric powder. Apply it on your face in a circular motion with a light hand, a little pressure is ok. But do not exert too much of pressure. This paste will make your skin smooth and radiant and the massage will remove the dead skin cells and improve blood circulation. You will notice results in a just one week.
2) Facial exercise - We have been talking a lot about facial exercise, here, we tell you how to do this exercise. It is very simple, inhale air in your mouth and hold it for 10 seconds and blow out. Do this repeatedly for 2 to 3 minutes. Next, inhale air in your mouth but this time don’t hold it in the same position. keep rotating the air in your mouth in different directions. Start with one cheek, blow the entire cheek and hold it for few seconds, similarly cover all the parts of your face like the cheeks, chin and upper lips.
This exercise will ensure that you never get any wrinkles, skin will remain soft and it also creates younger look. Go ahead and indule in some fitness for your skin, it is worth it.
