1) The magic soak – Soaking your feet in lukewarm water for 10 to 15 minutes is a time tested remedy for relieving aches and pain. Water therapy is the best way of easing pain. Take a small tub of hot or warm water and add some bath salts to it. You can also add bubble bath or soap for better cleaning. Put your feet in and relax. Now scrub the dead skin cells, which would have soften by now with the warm water. Use a pumice stone to rub the dead skin cells.
2) Cut and moisturise – The next step is to cut the toe nails and hang nails if any. Now moisturise your skin with a good amount of moisturising lotion or foot cream. Voila! You have beautiful soft feet. Finish your home feet care regime with a nail polish. Always use a base coat before applying the actual nail paint. This will prevent discolouring of your nails.
