The word facial triggers the thought of expensive creams and packs but we are talking about facial exercise, forget the expensive creams and get rid of wrinkles with facial exercises. It takes only 10 to 15 minutes a day to smooth wrinkles using these techniques.

1) Hold the top rim of your ears with index fingers and thumbs and lift slightly, massaging in small rotations. Move down pulling the ears out gently and massaging. When you reach the lobes, pull down and massage. Now again massage up towards the top rim for about a minute. This action stimulates the flow of blood to the face. Finally, using small and quick circular movements, begin to massage all the crevices or spirals of the ears. This exercise will bring youthful glow to your skin.

2) Raise your chin while slowly drawing up the centre of your lower lip over your top lip, place your tongue tip at the base of your gums. Hold for 10 minutes,then relax and repeat. This exercise will help you get rid of turky neck.

3) Place 3 fingers on each side of the face, in the hollow of your cheeks just below the cheekbones. The back teeth should be lightly touching the top lip slightly raised. Slowly lift the upper cheek muscles in six movements, hold for a count of six, making small pulsive movements. Return slowly in six movements, repeat and keep your eyes relaxed. This exercise will help in lifting the cheeks.

4) For lower face lift place lower lip over top lip. Stretch chin up and smile. Lift chin slightly and hold on for 6 to 10 counts, release slowly and repeat one more time. This will help to get rid of jowls. Always use a mirror to check if you are doing the exercise right or no.
