Facial Exercises
Facial exercise is gaining importance these days, it has become quite popular. Earlier, not many people were aware about facial muscles and its exercises. Exercising the face is also an essential part of your daily exercise.
Spend a few minutes everyday and exercise your face to get rid of wrinkles and to keep your skin supple and firm. The basic facial exercise is that cheeks, simply inhale some air in your mouth and rotate the air inside the mouth. Take it towards the left cheek and hold on for 5 seconds, repeat on either side of the cheeks and on the chin.
This exercise will eliminate wrinkles. But be careful to hydrate your skin before practicing facial exercises. The skin should be moisturized else it will tend to tear off, incase it is dry. Apply a moisturiser or splash some water to keep it hydrated. Exercise not only helps in treating wrinkles, it also adds a glow to your skin.
When the muscles of the skin are activated they lead to the activation of the natural oil glands of the skin. When these oil glands or sebum is secreted it makes the skin glow. Facial exercises help in getting rid of the toxins and other metabolic debris that are formed in the oil glands.
Blowing a balloon is also a very good exercise for both, skin as well as the lungs. Get into the habit of blowing a balloon and see the difference it makes to your skin. Facial exercise keep the face young and the skin supple. Exercise your eyes too by winking one eye at a time, but do not close the eyelid completely, else it is will increase the crows feet.
Repeat this exercise for 25 times with each eye. This will take care of the wrinkles and fine lines around eyes. Beautiful skin does not come easy, you have to take a lot of efforts and facial exercise is one such thing. Take good care of your face and look young for years.
