Hair loss is one such problem that has plagued many people world over. Earlier, hair loss was common only among elderly people, but these days, it has started affected youngsters.

Teenage girls are also facing this problem of hair fall, blame it on the growing pollution and the overuse of chemical treatments. Girls, as young as 15 year old are taking to chemical treatments like re-bonding, perming and so on. Only to realize that such chemical abuse is the cause of all hair problems. Hair loss can occur in chunks with such chemical torture.

Apart from these physical causes of hair loss, there are some hidden causes also that are not so obvious. You will be surprised to know that hair fall can occur due to stress and tension. Stress is the worst enemy of mankind. It plays havoc with the overall health and hair. Though, it is easy to ask someone to de-stress, it is very difficult to get the stress out of one’s mind because the triggers cannot be eliminated completely.

The best way to deal with stress is to not let it affect you. Face the challenges with a very casual approach and don’t let the worry trickle inside you. If possible, avoid the triggers that can affect your health. Adopt ways in which you can de-stress yourself, for instance, exercising, swimming, jogging, listening to music and so on. Here, we shall discuss about the importance of exercise and its relation to hair loss.

Exercise tones the muscles of your body and improves blood circulation. This is very important since the hair follicles derive strength from the blood supplying cells that are just beneath the hair follicles. When the supply of blood around the follicles is slow and stagnated, it affects the health of your hair.

The hair becomes weak and loses strength. But when the blood supply is good and fast, the health of your hair improves manifold. It receives the necessary nutrients and if the blood is rich in oxygen it will benefit the hair in a drastic way.
