Graying is an inevitable part of our lives and while graying is a natural process, it can be disturbing when your hair grays early. Graying is genetically determined, so how early you grey would depend a great deal on your genes. It is said that you get these genes from your mothers side. Amla (Indian Gooseberry) - Amla is a wonder fruit for hair care. It has many benefits, you can use the raw fruit pulp or its juice or in dry powdered form. Amla is rich in Vitamin C and it is good to include it in your diet. Amla juice when applied to the hair and scalp can make grey strands darker. It is known to be very effective in treating dandruff (both dry and oily) and also prevents hair fall. It is also good for eyesight, when consumed internally. Curd – Like amla, curd too has some many beneficial properties. It is an excellent conditioner for hair. When mixed with black pepper powder, curd is known to darken grey hair. It also prevents further greying apart from curing dandruff and hair fall.
