Evening Makeup Tips
There are certain makeup rules which only a makeup artist can tell, we share one such rule here. Makeup needs to be worn according to the time of the day, so your morning makeup should be different from the evening makeup. Here’s your guide to get your evening makeup right, keep these makeup tricks in mind and you will always shine. While day makeup is on a subtler side, night makeup can be loud and should look glamorous. Use lots of colours and create a dramatic look.
Focus should be on higlighting only one feature. There are some pre-requisites to start your makeup, like an artist needs a clean canvas to paint so also a makeup artist would need a clean skin to start the makeup. Makeup is also an art and those who do makeup are called makeup artists.
Cleanse your face with a mild cleanser and follow up with toner and moisturiser. Apply a thin layer of concealer on acne, dark spots and under eyes. Even it out by blending it perfectly with the skin.
Pick a foundation that matches perfectly with your skin tone, it should be the exact shade of your skin. Follow it up with a translucent powder and dust some shimmer. This is the basic step and now you are ready to add a palette of colours.
Now, play up your eyes with an eye shadow use 3 colour shades from the same colour family. Use the lighter shade on the brow bones and apply the darker shade around the middle of the eyelid followed by the medium colour close to the lash line.
Blend the colours well so that there are no creases. Next, apply a thick liner and smudge it with a smudge brush to mix up all the shades. Fill your eyes with kajal or kohl pencil. Curl your lashes with an eye lash curler and apply a 2 to 3 coats of mascara to make your lashes look distinct.
Take some blusher and rub it on the cheek bones, slightly upto the temples. Concentrate the blusher on the apples of your cheeks and finish the look with a lipstick.
Use a lip liner with a fine tip to draw the outline on your lips and fill it with creamy lipstick in the same shade. To enhance the lips, top it with a thin line of gloss on top.
