Dry Skin Care Tips

Don’t look at her like that. I know how you feel like. You know there’s always two ways to handle something. You either change it or accept it. And the good news is that you can CHANGE it. Yes, you don’t have to see your scaling dry itchy skin in the mirror anymore.
You don’t have to hide yourself from others anymore. And the most important thing is that you don’t have to visit a salon regularly or get appointments with an expensive beauty expert for that. You can just do simple things regularly at home and still look as you always wished to be.
First of all, remember your skin needs DAILY CARE. And I’m sure if you can find time for your daily shopping spree, your evening gossips with your friends, you can also find time for your dear skin. So, what you got to do?
Well, here’s the 3-step skin care plan for you.
Cleanse your skin regularly; one of the most important secrets to a glowing skin. You don’t want your skin to cry with all the dirt and germs accumulated over it all day long. Rinse it and care it. But for dry skins, only cleansing isn’t enough. Normally, our skin follows a pattern: shed, grow, shed, grow… Now at times, the shedding thing doesn’t happen at the right time. This hoards up the dead skin cells onto your skin making it rough and dull. So, you have to assist your skin sloughing it.
And that’s why, regular skin exfoliation is so important. Take some cleansing agent and smear it on your skin. Then rub it with a loofah, mask or scrub. Don’t be too hard; be gentle and do it periodically. This will remove the dead skin cells and expose the younger skin cells to breathe more freely.
And how can you forget the moisturizing part? Don’t let your skin starve and debilitated. Give it food to eat and that’s what moisturizes do. They nourish the skin and protect it from the daily abrasion it suffers. How much to use? Ask your skin. Seriously, till your skin don’t feel tight anymore, apply moisturizer. Your skin needs it.
Not to add, use sunscreen whenever you go out, even on a cloudy day and remember, your skin needs you. Be by its side!
