Dandruff Cure

Dandruff is one of the common problems related to hair, which brings an individual in a very embarrassing situation. When the white snowy flakes of dandruff are seen on the shoulders of the person wearing black or dark colored dress, a very embarrassing situation is created.

Dandruff in the hair occurs when the dead skin of the scalp is shed off. If an individual takes care of the hair in proper manner, the problem of dandruff can be cured to a great extent. Let us here discuss about some of the home remedies to cure dandruff.

Two tablespoons of vinegar are added to six tablespoons of water and mixed well. The mixture is applied on scalp at night before sleeping. The hair are tied properly with a towel. Wash the hair next day in the morning with shampoo and rinse them again with the mixture of water and vinegar. Follow this procedure of hair washing for three months to get rid of dandruff in an effective manner.

One spoon of lemon juice is mixed with two spoons of vinegar. The scalp is massaged thoroughly with this mixture. Thereafter, the hair are washed with a shampoo that contains egg. This is also a good treatment for dealing with dandruff.

Four to five tablespoons of dried thyme is added to two cups of water and boiled for around ten minutes. The mixture is then allowed to cool down and then strained. The scalp is massaged properly with this mixture. The mix is allowed to stay on the scalp for around ½ hour. A shampoo for treating dandruff is taken and two aspirins are dissolved in it. The hair are then washed with this shampoo.

Washing the hair with apple cider vinegar is also considered to be a good remedy for treating dandruff. Massage the scalp with apple cider vinegar and cover the head with shower cap or towel. After around half an hour the hair are rinsed with water. This process is repeated twice a week, unless dandruff goes away completely from the hair.

All the above discussed treatments for dandruff are really very effective and help in getting rid of dandruff in a wonderful manner.
