Wash your face - Every time you go out of your home or office, ensure that you wash your face. This will keep the skin in good condition. However, it is extremely important to use a pH balanced face wash. Are you wondering what exactly is pH balance? Well, it is the acid alkaline balance of the skin. This should not be disturbed. Harsh soaps or normal face wash will not have pH balance and will sap the skin of its natural oils.
This can cause dryness and eventually wrinkles. Be very careful while buying your face wash, it should be mild. Moreover, it is also important to apply the face wash gently. Do not smack your dry face with face wash. The right way is to wet your face and then take a small quantity of face wash. It should be massaged gently in circular motion and then rinsed with water. This is the best way of washing your face, pat is dry and follow it with a light moisturiser.
Scrub your skin - Indeed your skin needs some kind of exfoliation to remove the dead skin cells from the upper layers. Use a face scrub once in a week for a thorough cleansing. Chemical exfoliation too can help, but you need to check the sensitivity of your skin for chemical exfoliation.
