Bridal hairstyles have seen a drastic change over the years, earlier bridal hairstyles were very elaborate and intricate but these days the trend has changed. Brides don’t opt for big hair do’s with buns and broaches, simple soft hairdo is the in thing. Hairstyle with minimum decoration is in and is indeed a very good shift from the loud ones. The current style in vogue is ” Soft Curls” , it requires minimum setting with an iron or curlers and looks fabulous.
The elaborate hairstyles have one more drawback as compared to the latest ones, they are usually covered with the Pallu as a result the hair do can only be seen in the photographs. These flowy hair styles will show off even from the pallu.
As far as glitter is concerned, lesser the better is the mantra this season. Whatever hair style you choose, see to it that you are not experimenting with your style for the first time on your wedding day, always ask your hair dresser for a trial and check if the hairstyle will go with your outfit, do the experimenting well in advance. Do not wash your hair on the wedding day instead wash it a day before because freshly washed hair becomes difficult to handle it doesn’t settle easily.
While choosing your hairstyle keep the event and venue in mind, for example if your wedding is outdoors then do not opt for free flowing hair,it will become difficult to handle it due to natural breeze. Instead you can go for buns and pleats, it will also save your hair from getting wet due to sweat.For an indoor venue it is safe to have free flowing hair. Incase of free flowing hair the length is also important, medium length should be ideal since too short hair will not complement the Indian ethnic attire.
