1) Consider your hair texture, facial structure, the venue of your marriage and the overall quality of your hair. All these factors should be taken into account while selecting a hairdo. For instance, if you have naturally curly hair do not try to straighten them, they will end up looking wavy. Instead, go for a style that enhances the curls. Similarly, if you straight hair there is no point in attempting to curl your locks, they will fall straight in few hours and will make your hair appear frizzy. 3) Frizzy hair - Frizz cannot be controlled in a day or a week. If you do not want dry and frizzy hair on the d-day then start taking care of your hair few months before the wedding. Indulge in hydrating hair treatments or deep conditioning treatments at the salon. Change your regular shampoo and conditioner, it could be the cause of your hair problems.

4) Colour and cut – Do not colour or cut your hair few days before the wedding day. You won’t have the time to correct the mistakes. What if the colour doesn’t suit you? You will end up ruining your look. Moreover, colour requires some time to settle hence it is essential to go for colour or cut atleast one and half to two months before the wedding. However, you can give a finishing touch to your hair by trimming it 10-15 days before the wedding.
