Body Polish Made Easy

For the exfoliation: Grind 15-20 sesame seeds and mix along 2 tablespoon of honey or glycerin and 2 mint leaves. Apply it on your body and leave it on for 20 minutes. Then, scrub it off.
For the massage oil: Mix 50 ml of olive oil or sesame oil along with essential oil of your desired flavor. Massage gently on your body and relax in a hot water tub for an hour.
Cloth bundle: Take a wet towel or cloth and put a mixture of oatmeal, almond paste, few mint leaves and turmeric. Soak in the tub and rub the bundle over your body.
Body polish mask: Mix the pulp of a papaya with honey, oatmeal, yogurt, orange peel and cucumber fig and a capsule of vitamin C for that extra glow. Apply on the body in upward strokes and relax.
Body lotion: Mix 7 teaspoon of rose water, 5 teaspoon of orange juice and glycerin for the body lotion. Leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse with a moist towel.
