Facial is like exercise for your face, it rejuvenates the skin and improves complexion. Facial stimulates the skin cells and improves blood circulation, it removes the dead skin cells and reveals a fresh new skin. It tones the skin and makes it supple and firm, facial is recommended in the long run since it prevents wrinkles and fine lines.
Facial is a must do after the age of 25, whatever be your skin type, it is essential to go for a facial at least once in a month. Moreover, it also cleanses the pores and keep keeps black heads and white heads at bay. A squeaky clean skin would mean that you do not get pimples or boils, they are usually formed when the pores are clogged due to sebum. When this sebum comes in contact with dirt and grime, it catches bacterial infection and leads to pimples or acne. There are different types of facials that can be chosen according to the skin type. Facial is divided into two main category, i.e. basic and advanced facial.
Basic facial - This type of facial is meant for the younger lot, so if you are in the age group of 25 to 28 years then a basic facial should be fine. This is because, the facial massage is restricted to few minutes since young skin is not so prone to wrinkles and light massage should be fine. Moreover, a basic facial relies only on massage, it is not followed up with any technologically advanced product. The massage too is around the face, neck and the shoulders, it does not cover the back.
Advanced facial - This type of facial focuses more on massage and some technologically advanced products like galvanic machine, high frequency machine and so on. The massage too is given for longer and covers the face, neck, shoulders and back. It can be very useful in preventing wrinkles and reduces scars and blemishes. Moreover, some of the advanced facials use only fresh fruits or vegetable products. This can be a real treat for the skin.
