The harmful UV rays can penetrate the thickest of clouds, so even during rainy season when the dark clouds cover the sky, your skin is susceptible to sun damage. And mind you the rays can penetrate through the umbrella. So wear your sunscreen whenever you step out of the house. It is a must, however the SPF factor can change with seasons.
For instance you would require a higher SPF in summer as compared to winter. You would require SPF 25 to 30 during summer and around SPF 15 to 20 during winter. Once you get the first step right of protecting your skin, it is time to treat it with some goodies that can be found in your kitchen.
The best and the most easy way of pampering your skin is to wash your face with milk. Whenever you get a chance, splash some cold milk on your face and let it dry for few minutes.
