Beautiful Skin

When we talk about beautiful skin the only thing that comes to our mind is our facial skin, we often ignore the skin of our body. Though our face is the first part of our body which is noticed but equally important is the skin of your arms, legs and back which is also exposed and noticed. It is important that we look at keeping our overall skin beautiful and to do so you can imbibe some simple corrections in your routine life.

The first step to a beautiful skin is to get rid of any zits, boils and eruptions, these often cause scars and marks and mar the beauty of your skin. To avoid any kind of boils, always keep your skin clean, bathe twice in a day since sweat, dust, grime etc form a layer on your skin and if not cleaned can clog your pores and give way to bacterial infections.

Too much of heat and humidity also causes rashes on your skin, often known as heat boils, it is important to take special care during summer. Wear fabrics that will let your skin breathe, do not wear synthetic clothes since they don’t absorb sweat. Cotton clothes are best during summer since they absorb sweat and keep your skin cool.

Some home remedies can also give you beautiful skin, apply cold milk (which is not boiled) with a cotton sud on your exposed body parts, leave it for 10 minutes to dry, then wash it off, you can also add 1 pinch of turmeric powder to it once in a while, this will act as an antiseptic and has known properties for making your skin glow.

Mix besan, with turmeric and malai, apply this paste on your body before going for bath, once dry scrub it off your skin, this blend will moisturise your skin, rub off the tan and will act as an exfoliation.
