Early signs of baldness would be thinning of hair strands, shortening of the hair length and bald patches (in women) or a receding hairline (in men).

Balding usually begins after teenage and will give you a bald scalp by the age of 30. Consider yourself lucky if you have full hair around your 30′s then the chances of balding are reduced significantly.
Balding can be very quick and spread like fire, by the time you notice the changes, it will be late. So take note of it early and treat it on time. There are several treatments like hair transplant, trichology, alternative medicines such as homeopathy etc.
There are some factors that can cause balding like, stress, steroids, smoking etc. It is important to have a balanced lifestyle with some relaxation methods like yoga, meditation, good night’s sleep. A good diet too can helps to save your tresses.
The importance of good hair care regime is also stressed. It is important to keep your hair and scalp squeaky clean, nourished and moisturised. Dry and rough hair will cause a lot of hair loss and breakage.
