Stay away from chemical treatments but if you cannot resist the temptation then go for such chemical torture not more than once in a year. Maintain some gap between two chemical jobs, this will give some healing time to your hair.
Tip# 2 - Hair loss can happen if you are medically unfit, illness can also lead to hair fall. Not just that, some medicines like antibiotics are also known to cause hair fall. A healthy person is less likely to face hair loss problem as compared to a malnourished person. Take care of your diet, eat at regular intervals and eat healthy for a head full of strong hair.
Tip# 3 - Exercise is also a good way of reducing hair fall. It improves blood circulation hence the follicles receive a healthy supply of blood from the vessels around them. This supply stimulates the follicles and prevents hair fall.

Tip# 5 - Prevent frizz since is the main culprit of hair fall. Dry and dehydrated hair is more susceptible to hair fall than soft and moisturised hair. Go for deep conditioning treatments regularly and use a conditioner everytime you wash your hair.
